| Order Processing
Our products may ship from several manufacturers throughout the country. Availability, processing and shipping times are determined by such. Please allow 7-14 days for your order to process. Most orders process within 3-5 business days. This processing time does not include the shipping allowances.
Product Availability
All merchendise is subject to availability and is NOT guaranteed to be in stock when order is placed. Some of our Men's lines are special order and may require up to seven days to ship after processed. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified immediately via the email address you supply at checkout. For this reason it is imperative that you supply accurate email information.
Credit Card Charges
Your order is processed by automated authorization of your credit card. In this process the order amount is placed on Hold but not withdrawn from your account. Upon confirmation of product availability, charges are withdrawn. If the item is not in stock you will be notifed immediately. You will then have the option of an alternate selection or a refund. If you choose a refund, the Hold is then released and the funds revert back to your account. You will be notified immediately when the refund has processed. However, depending on your financial institution, this process may take a while to reflect on your account.
Refunds and Returns
We do not offer refunds for items shipped. Exchanges or credits may be available. Exchanges are contingent upon merchandise availability. Merchandise damaged during the shipping process or containing a manufacturer's defect may be exchanged. Discrepancies of this nature MUST be reported to Bently Brooks within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Report damages to: customercare@bentlybrooks.com
Special Note: Bently Brooks reserves the right to accept or deny any request for exchange, return or store credit. Bently Brooks reserves the right to assess each case individually.
Restocking
There will be a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price for any merchandise not accepted at shipment and returned to Bently Brooks.
Shipping Methods
Most orders are shipped UPS ground.
Color Accuracy
Bently Brooks strives to convey color accurately. However, some colors may vary due to the photo imaging process.
Site Content Accuracy
Bently Brooks strives to display accurate information on our site at all times. Typographical errors may occur.
Miscellaneous
